Safe voltage, low noise, compact size, and the possibility of long continuous operation make this machine necessary for large volumes of work, especially inside chambers.
The control unit CU based on the programmable logic controller (PLC) Segnetics. It is serve to control the MR using a special BLD driver that provides smooth start of the MR and high-precision torque control. CU have connector RS 232 to connect to the computer. CU organizes a series of expanding: start the engine, testing to the specified torque, stop, reverse activation. In automatic mode, the cycles are repeating. The duration of the pause between cycles is adjustable.
