All the details of tube expanders tools have high strength and durability due to the use of special steels and heat treatment.
The cooling of type 'A' expanders is effected by special cooling and lubrication unit, included in the package electrical machines for tube expanding TEHREMEX MER-11M or MER-16M.
Dosing of the emulsion is carried out automatically after reaching the preset torque.
The air-emulsion mixture is fed into the nipple and exits the body through the hools for the rollers.
When working with expanders with cooling type 'A' lubrication, cooling and blowing out of wear products is performed automatically during operation. Operation of A type expanders with the cooling and lubrication unit provides increase of the tool parts lifetime by 30 %.
The design of 'A' type expanders provides easy and fast replacement of rollеrs - the most wearing parts. To change the rollers enough, just pull the spring loaded sleeve holding the rollers from falling out - no need to disassemble the expander. Cooled expanders type ‘A’ is equipped with a support, that holds the tube from twisting during operation.
The mandrel of expanders 'A', 'B' has the square shank (10 mm, 12 mm, 14 mm, 19 mm) with a groove for fixation in the telescopic shaft of expanding equipment, TEHREMEX models of MER-11M, MER-16M, MER-13, MER-14.
The 'G' type expanders have the separator which retains the rolls from dropping-out inside of the body, that allows to enter the body without mandrel into the tube in the beginning. The design provides feeding without slippage of mandrel.
Expanders have increased the range of expanding.
The design of the TEHREMEX expander allows the use of an increased set of spare parts. So, for example, expander type 'BR-21-40-80' allows you to use one expander with a replacement kit consisting of 2 cases, 20 mandrels and 60 rollers.
