AUTO TUBE EXPANDING MACHINE МER-16M

The optimal mode of expanding, adjustable control unit with ACUTP of expanding meets the requirements of GOST R 55601-2013, OST 26-17-83* (reprint from 2007), and expanders, manufactured by OST 26-17-83** (reprint from 2008) and STO 00220368-015-2009***, provides high quality expanding machine the critical deviation parameters. For example, for tubes size 25x2-2.5 mm permitted limit deviation of the outer diameter of the tube to ±0.45 mm, wall thickness up to 15% of the diameter clearance between the tube and the hole in the tube sheet to 1.58 mm.
